We collect only the data necessary for the purposes described below.

No special-category data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR is collected. The site carries out no profiling and no automated decision-making.
3. Recipients and processors
Your data is processed by authorised staff within PATRIM AGENCY SAS. It may also be shared with the following processors:
- Site hosting — OVH SAS (Roubaix, France), hosting and technical logging.
- Contact form processing — handled in-house by our own scripts hosted at OVH SAS. No third-party service is involved.
- Business email — OVH SAS, receipt and retention of email correspondence.
In performing an EPR mandate, certain identification data relating to the mandating producer is transmitted to ADEME (the national producer register) and to the approved producer responsibility organisation the producer joins. This transmission is necessary to perform the mandate and to meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising purposes.
4. Transfers outside the European Union
To date, site hosting, form processing and email are provided by OVH SAS on infrastructure located in France. No data is transferred outside the European Union.
5. Cookies and trackers
This site sets no analytics, advertising or social-network cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for the site to function may be used, which are exempt from consent under Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act.
Fonts are loaded from an external service (Google Fonts), which involves transmitting your IP address to that provider.
6. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), access restricted to authorised staff, and regular backups.
7. Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — obtain confirmation that your data is processed and receive a copy.
- Right to rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your data, subject to our legal obligations.
- Right to restriction — request temporary suspension of processing.
- Right to object — object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
- Right to portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Post-mortem directives — determine the fate of your data after your death.

If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
